How much does it cost?

The base delivery fee is $4.95 for the delivery + 3% of the total order. Sales tax applies to all food/beverage purchases. Please be aware that there is a $15 food/beverage minimum. Prices, menus and delivery policies are subject to change without notice. Restaurant coupons and promotions do not apply to delivery orders.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. There is a $15 minimum for food and beverages. $15 minimum applies to each restaurant if the order is a 2 restaurant order. This $15 minimum does not include delivery fee, tax or gratuity.

Which restaurants can I order from?

Restaurants are available according to your delivery location's zip code.

Can I pay extra for a restaurant that does not normally deliver to my area?

Delivery parameters have been established to insure the quality of the food. Any exception to the predetermined delivery zone will have to be approved by the self-employed delivery professional and the 742-DINE Dispatcher. Out of area deliveries require a $6 or 15% gratuity, whichever is greater.

How long does it take for delivery?

Deliveries are typically made within an hour of your placing an order. However, we can make no guarantees. Delivery times often are a factor of a restaurant's inhouse prep time and road and/or weather conditions. Once an order has been placed with the restaurant, it can not be cancelled.

Please place large orders as far in advance as possible, and we can arrange to have them delivered when needed.

Do you take checks or credit cards?

We accept payment by credit card, (VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER, and DEBIT CARDS). Credit cards must be available at the time of delivery for imprint. We accept checks on your 4th order. Checks must be pre-printed with the delivery address. We do not take out of state checks or any checks from guests in hotels. You must present a valid I.D. with your check.

Should I tip the driver?

The drivers keep a portion of the delivery fee to cover car expenses. Their additional compensation comes from tips. A gratuity comparable to what you would tip inside a restaurant would be appreciated. An automatic gratuity is added to orders over $40

Can I order from two different restaurants?

Yes, but you must order $15 worth of food from the second restaurant as well, and there is an additional $2 delivery fee. Please note that the gratuity for a double restaurant order is 15%.

Can I get drinks with my order?

742-DINE offers canned Pepsi products and bottled water. We also offer regular or pre-sweetened tea for $6.95 per gallon and lemonade for $7.95 for weekday lunch orders. Bags of ice may be purchased for $2.25.

Our menus are available in all of our participating restaurants for pickup. Or you can view them here.

What if I decide I want to cancel my order?

Once an order has been started by the restaurant, it can not be cancelled.

Can I set up a charge account for my office?

Call 742-DINE and we will fax you an application to become a "house charge" account, or you can get the form here. House charge accounts pay by invoice through your accounting department.

How will my personal info be used?

Your privacy is very important to us. 742-DINE will never give or sell any of your personal information to anyone for any purpose. We use your information to serve you better and to notify you of services and promotions. Whenever you receive a promotional e-mail from us, you will always be able to opt-out of future mailings.
